Backing up the SQL Database
There are two stages to this. Firstly, click "Optimise Database" to get rid of wasted records etc. and minimise the
size of the database. Then, click "Backup" and you will be prompted to download an sql file. This is your database
saved in a way that you can just use the SQL option in phpMyAdmin to restore the database if something were to go wrong
